Winter Burger with beetroot and white chocolate

  • 1 bun
  • 1 patty 100% beef
  • 1 some lamb's lettuce
  • 1 slide raclette cheese
  • 2 slide pickled beet
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate melted
  • 1 tbsp shallot relish

  • 100 g shallot chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar aceto balsamico
  • salt and pepper



  1. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet over medium-low. Sauté the shallots for 2 minutes, then sprinkle them with the sugar and sauté for another 5 minutes. Reduce heat if necessary to prevent them from browning too quickly. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  1. To build the burger, add the salad and the relish to the bun base, then top with a patty, cheese and beet root. Rub the bun top with a tablespoon of melted chocolate, then gently press together.
