The Brewing Pack is a young Brewery from my hometown Elmshorn founded in 2017. Today I taste their “Schwerelos”.

It’s a brown ale with a soft body, low carbonisation and a short finish. This beer pours a brown color, light haze, and a fleeting off-white head. The aroma is flush with hints fresh-baked bread, grains and malts and there is a merest whiff of hops in the background.
The flavor is similar to the aroma. Bitterness, while restrained, is sufficient enough to provide balance to the malt keeping the beer from being overly sweet.
This beer would pair nicely with hard cheeses like aged Gouda or milder cheddars.

Ich finde diesen ausführlichen Tastingbericht mit Empfehlung zu Food richtig klasse, Frank.
    Mach weiter so!
PS. Mich würde diese ausführliche Art brennend über neues “Ramses” interessieren. Da steht bei mir auf der Frank’s Kirchen Wishlist!
